Ashraf Khan appointed as Independent Legal Adviser to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant’s (ACCA) Disciplinary Committee

Chambers is delighted to announce that Ashraf Khan has been appointed by the ACCA to act as an independent Legal Adviser to its Disciplinary Committee.

The ACCA is the global professional and regulatory body for professional accountants with members based in 178 countries and regions, who work across a wide range of sectors and industries. One of its primary functions is to regulate its members, students and others according to its bye laws. Regulation includes statutory regulation under the UK and Irish Companies Acts, the UK Financial Services and Markets Act, the UK Insolvency Act, the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the Legal Services Act and the Irish Investment Intermediaries Act.
