Anand Beharrylal KC leading K Taklalsingh and A Hosein-Shah appeared for the claimants in a long running judicial review in relation to the powers of the police defendants pursuant to the Firearms Act s26(3).
Unusually, this judicial review involved sharp disputes of fact and required cross- examination of seven police officers in relation to their conduct in carrying out an exercise against a private company and its director.
Judgment is expected early next year.
