Alex Stein and Michael Levy appear in The Pensions Regulator v Dominic Chappell

On 21st September Her Honour Judge Henson QC sitting with two lay magistrates refused Mr Chappell’s appeal against conviction at Hove Crown Court. Mr Chappell, who was convicted of three offences contrary to section 77 Pensions Act 2004 in January 2018, appealed both conviction and sentence. The Court has ordered the defence to provide detailed financial information before sentencing which will take place in December.
The case was prosecuted by Alex Stein and Dominic Chappell was represented by Michael Levy.
