Alex Davidson in confiscation proceedings

Alex Davidson, instructed by David Bloom of Sonn Macmillan Walker, and working with Ben Douglas-Jones KC, represented a businessman in confiscation proceedings. Submissions led to a major reduction of the criminal benefit figure from £8m+ to £1.9m, protecting third-party interests and protecting the corporate veil of several of the defendant’s companies.
