Alastair Smith and Natalie Bird were instructed by Hanisha Godhania of ABV Solicitors to defend a 23-year-old man facing trial at Isleworth Crown Court in an alleged eight-handed conspiracy to supply heroin, cocaine, and cannabis across southwest London, involving travel to Dubai. The prosecution sought to rely on a wide range of telephone, CCTV, and expert evidence across a six-month period. Following meticulous cross-examination of the cell site and purported co-location evidence, Alastair and Natalie’s client was the only defendant acquitted at the conclusion of the prosecution case following a successful submission of no case to answer.
