2BR wins ‘Crime Set of the Year’ at Legal 500 Awards 2025

Chambers is delighted to have won the award for Crime & Extradition Set of the Year at the 2025 Legal 500 Bar Awards.  Chambers is also delighted that Alastair Smith won the award for Financial Crime Junior of the Year.

In addition to the two awards that 2BR took home on the night, Chambers and its members had also been shortlisted for awards in seven other categories, emphasising the strength and breadth of Chambers’ expertise.  Those nominations were for Financial Crime Set of the Year, Corporate Crime Set of the Year, Professional Discipline & Regulatory  Set of the Year, Crime & Extradition Silk of the Year (Brian Altman KC), Sports Silk of the Year (Jim Sturman KC), Professional Discipline & Regulatory Junior of the Year (Sam Thomas) and the overall Junior of the Year (David Patience).
