2BR members appointed to the Regulatory Board list of specialist regulatory advocates

Chambers warmly congratulates 11 of its members who have been appointed or re-appointed to the Regulatory Board’s list of specialist regulatory advocates.

The Regulatory Board’s list, which is kept on behalf of the Attorney-General, is of specialist regulatory advocates approved to prosecute cases for the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Office of Rail and Road, Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Product Safety and Standards.

Chambers particularly congratulates those members who have been appointed to the list for the first time (Fiona McAddy, Natalie Bird, Sam Thomas and Fred Batstone have been appointed to the B panel, with Ashraf Khan and Alex Davidson appointed to the C panel) or been promoted within the list (Chris Saad has been promoted from the C panel to the A panel).  Alex Stein and Andrew McGee have both been reappointed to the A panel and Tom Daniel has been reappointed to the B panel.
