Report for Module 5 of the Covid Inquiry Published

The Rt Hon Baroness Hallett DBE has published her report for Module 5 of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry examining the procurement and distribution of PPE, ventilators and other key supplies during the pandemic.

This significant milestone draws to a close the work on Module 5 of the Inquiry, in which a number of members of Chambers played an important role.

Victoria Shehadeh was second counsel to the Inquiry.

Austin Stoton was Lead Counsel for the Department of Health and Social Care, leading a team which included Rhys Rosser, Katherine Higgs, Omar Sabbagh, Tomas McGarvey, Fred Batstone and others.

Alex Davidson was instructed by the Cabinet Office.
