Christine Agnew QC and Christopher Saad prosecuted Terence Glover who pleaded guilty to Manslaughter on the basis of diminished responsibility and 10 Counts of Attempted Murder arising out of a hit and run incident outside Debden Park High School in Essex last December.
Mr Glover was suffering from a mental disorder at the time of the incident. He was sentenced to Life Imprisonment with a 15 year minimum term and a limitation direction under s45A of the Mental Health Act 1983.
He was represented by Louise Sweet QC and Kevin Toomey instructed by Carly Denniss of JSP Solicitors.
