A power secured the acquittal of a Senior Non Commissioned Officer “SNCO” in Germany following his court martial trial for Sexual Assault against a female.
In this case, the prosecution relied heavily on two eye witness accounts, in addition to the testimony of the victim, and her recent complaint evidence which was made to several witnesses, all of whom were cross examined at length. After having been sent out to begin their deliberations by the Judge Advocate, the Board acquitted Sgt H, in no less than 2 minutes.
