CRASBO for Barrowford man

A Barrowford man who made his neighbour's lives a misery through loud music has been handed a CRASBO by the courts.
If he breaks the order he could be given five years in Prison.
20 year old Thomas Wadsworth of Cottesloe Place pleaded guilty at Reedley Magistrates' Court on 26th January to failing to comply with a Noise Abatement Notice served on him in January 2011.
He played music so loud that his neighbours couldn't sleep, their children were woken and they couldn't hear their televisions.
Even though he's now moved into student accodation in Preston the judge imposed the order saying his actions were totally unaccetable.
He was also ordered to pay two hundred and sixty five pounds.>
