VIDEO Rivington becomes a Hollywood star!

A piece of Chorley's natural beauty is taking a leading role in a new Hollywood film.

A-listers like Felicity Jones and Liam Neeson star in the movie about a young boy struggling with his mum's illness.

Filming around the Rivington Pike took place in October 2014 and now we're seeing how the area fits into the film.

It's a big boost for local businesses who are hoping the extra worldwide exposure helps showcase the attractions of the area.
