Denver Luke Fay is only three years old and has already endured ten brain operations yet still remains a sunny, cheeky little lad.
Public Service Award with Walker Farrimond.
Bill Ogden is a Community Support Officer in Burnley Wood and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help make residents feel safe. He's also raised a lot of money for charity and educates children in personal safety.
Health Professional Award with Abbey Gisburne Park Hospital
Joanne Horrocks shows true commitment care and compassion whilst carrying out her work.
Employee Award with Calico Enterprise
John Alderson has set up a service that saves Burnley's partygoers from a long trip to Blackburn Hospital and stops ambulances being inundated with more calls than they can manage. And our Citizen of the Year:
